ACA’s P5 Communication Pit is a durable HDPE access chamber designed for communications, electrical and general service infrastructure applications.
Manufactured from HDPE, the pit provides a lightweight and corrosion-resistant alternative to traditional concrete chambers while offering the internal capacity required for cable entry, service connections and ongoing maintenance access.
The standard P5 pit has internal dimensions of 590mm (L) x 340mm (W) x 590mm (D), with external dimensions of 720mm (L) x 460mm (W) x 640mm (D). A deeper version is also available at 840mm deep, along with a 385mm deep riser for projects requiring additional installation depth or level adjustment.
The pit can be configured with a range of compatible cover and frame options, including ductile iron concrete infill covers, concrete utility covers and galvanised steel covers.
