Our engineers design and develop products and processes for both our clients and for Access Covers Australia itself, with every product engineered to meet AS3996 specifications. It’s a team of highly qualified engineers who have developed internationally patented products, built to Australian standards and proven on Australian infrastructure.

Our 18,000 square metre facility in Victoria manufactures steel and concrete products for civil infrastructure projects right across the country. A flexible, locally based and nationally integrated supply chain gives us assured product quality, deep technical expertise, and market leading delivery direct to site.
Sustainability runs through the full product life cycle, from the recovery, reuse and recycling of steel through to our product re birthing program. Working alongside our engineers at Access Technical Centre, we design products to be sustainable, recyclable or rebirth able, aiming to exceed the minimum expectations of our Intertek SAI Global ISO Quality, OH&S and Environment accreditation.
ACAQA is our digitised inspection tracking system, developed to replace a standard ITP checklist. Every product is tracked from pre-pour inspection through to post-pour sign-off, with each stage timestamped and approved along the way. On completion, every product is issued a birth certificate confirming its full inspection history, giving clients complete visibility rather than a paper trail assembled after the fact.
