ACA’s VicRoads Detector Pit & Lid is designed and manufactured in accordance with TC-1310 for road and transport infrastructure applications requiring a compact, secure and compliant detector pit solution.
The unit features a cast aluminium cover with an anti-slip surface design in accordance with AS 4586, along with provision for a security chain to help secure the lid during installation and operation. The pit is designed in line with AS 3996:2019 requirements and VicRoads specifications, making it suitable for authority-specified projects.
With an internal opening of 225 x 225mm and external dimensions of 250 x 250 x 390mm, the detector pit provides a compact footprint while allowing straightforward attachment directly to the pit structure.
